Details 1. Bachelors or masters in telecommunication.
2. Well versed with Optical Transmission & DataCom network architecture & protocols.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in fault management, performance & capacity monitoring, and configuration man 4. System upgrades, expansions & health checks of the network.
5. Experience in Huawei circuit switching equipments SDH series Metro 5000 / Metro 3000, NG-SDH series Optix 9500 / Optix 7500 / Optix 3500 , NG-WDM series BWS 320G / BWS 1600G , OTN series OTN 6800 / OTN 3800 is a must.
6. Familiar with O&M and technical support work flow.
7. Staff leadership & good communication skills.

I have a very technical and sound career of five and half year, during my career i worked on HUAWEI and ZTE product of Optical fiber system.
I have techical expert level experience of DWDM of HUAWEI series OSN 6800 BWS 320G ,BWS 1600G and DWDM of ZTE ZXMP M800 & M900.
I have technical expert level experience of NGSDH of HUAWEI series Optix Metro 3000, 5000,1000v3,Optix OSN 2500,3500,7500,9500 and ZTE ZXMP 200,300,385.
Configuration experience of Ethernet card, tributary and cross-connect card.

Trouble shooting and testing experience of Ethernet services and 2 Mbps to 1000 Mbps services using ethernet analyzer, BERT tester and ACTERNA tester.
Plainning and Operation and maintenance experience.
