Details at least 4 years related work experience in telecom network operation and maintenance
At least 3 year UMTS/GSM BSS engineering experience, include BSC, BTS and PCU installation and integration experience.
Familiar with OSS and dispatch systems
Excellent communication skill
Ability to manage the project progress and handle in-depth technical issues
Strong team development and leadership skills

1. Responsible for make O&M working plan,
2. Responsible for New sites data plan and network extension,
3. Responsible for re-parenting and rehoming and so on
4. Responsible for system upgrading.
5. Make the script and run from RNP team\'s WO.
6. Update the CEAS.
