Software Team Leader, 3G, 4G, GSM, GPRS, IP, Hertfordshire. Big player in the communications arena has an opening for a vastly experienced Software Team Lead to join their protocol division. You will lead the team in the design, development and implementation of next generation 3G and 4G mobile products. Work planning, mentoring and training and liaison with Project Managers and Technical Leads will be undertaken. You will have a strong background in communications, either GSM, GPRS, IP, 3G or similar. An in depth knowledge of UMTS stack architecture is required alongside proven team leadership skills. This will suit those wanting a strong influence on future projects and to make a major impact with a global leader. Great salary up to 50k is on offer plus large range of benefits. Commutable from Cambridge, Luton, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Stevenage.
