Details ParaCell Resources is looking for skilled SIM STK/OTA/Device Project Managers to work in Northern Africa.
Candidates need to have good experience in:
PROJECT MANAGER with min 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE.
Experience in SIM based applications project with a GSM operator
SIM dynamic menu setup
SIM application development o Experience in integration of OTA platform, browser application o Management and Set up of tests plans related to SIM applications and OTA platforms
Experience with SIM leading vendors like Gemalto or Obertur o Good project management & presentation skills
