Details UMTS Design consultant with Strong UMTS Design experience (minimum 3 years) - Strong RF engineering background (minimum 5 years) - Excellent knowledge of multi-carrier design, such as 2nd and 3rd carrier design - Strong experience with design and propagation tools (Atoll preferred, but Asset, Planet or TCPU will suffice) - Excellent understanding of plumbing diagrams (diplexers, duplexers etc.)
- Ability to perform model tuning - Have used ACP and make recommendations to improve a network design, and understand the KPIs to measure it - Experience in Scrambling Code and Neighbor planning

- Excellent verbal and written skills, and be consultative with a customer - Able to identify and interpret customer requirements, and develop plans to address them and lead implementation.
