Details ParaCell Resources is searching for a Senior Solution Architect to work on Network Design & Architecture of a Broadband network deployment, including access (GPON / DSL / WiMAX) and backbone infrastructure from several vendors.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong technical experience on the whole IP spectrum, with 10 years of relevant experience on IP design & deployment projects.
Candidates need to have expertise in the following:
1. Strong IP knowledge at Design, technical authority and knowledge of standards.
2. CCDP level or equivalent.
3. Excellent presentation skills, ability to easily discuss network architecture and services with both Business & Technical audiences.
4. Analytical approach, ability to identify network flaws and potential architectural improvements (i.e. planning and optimization), both at Edge / Access and Core / Backbone domains.
5. Resource management & documentation processes. Post Graduate or equivalent Legal Degree obtained from a recognised educational institute, good communication skills and ability to work independently are essential skills.
6. Integration, administration, troubleshooting experience on Cisco / Juniper / Redback products.
7. Network Design review for network expansions.
8. Network audit and optimization
9. Technical analysis of business requirements, sales support on customer requirements for technology evolution.
10. Network performance measurements definition and monitoring plan.
11. Network design documentation updates.
Ericsson vendor experience is mandatory.
