Details Paracell Resources is looking for skillful Radio Network Design Engineers focused on pre-sales and tender activities.

Candidates must have:

Strong technical knowledge on Ericsson Radio design tools and methods as well as practical experience in radio design of GSM and WCDMA networks and solutions
At least 4 years in GSM and 4 years in WCDMA mobile systems network environment
Network radio tuning and drive testing experience

· Knowledge in mobile systems as well as understand the processes that control system performance. Included in this area are e.g.:
- Radio HW and SW
- Radio Tools and systems
- UTRAN
- Mobile terminals

Strong leadership skills, as well as ability to work independently are also requiered.

Spanish is a plus.
