Details ParaCell Resources is looking for skilled Site Acquisition Managers to work in South Africa.

Candidates need to have extensive experience in the following:

1) Line Management functions
2) Provide guidance to and assist the Site Acquisition Project Team with respect to all aspects of site acquisition
3) Resource ownership of all Site Acquisition staff
4) Monitor the performance of the Site Acquisition Project Team/s
5) Management of Acquisition Project Budget in Site Acquisition to ensure that the scope of work complies with the Project Plan and Business Objectives.
6) sound knowledge of legal requirements i.t.o. Mast Construction, Knowledge of property rates in area/country where candidate will operate;
7) High Level of Negotiation Skills

Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and closely with the end-Customer are essential skills.

Ericsson Infrastructure experience is mandatory and must be a South African Citizen or have Permanent South African Residency.
