Details ParaCell Resources is looking for skilled Site Acquisition Coordinator to work in South Africa.

Candidates need to have expertise in the following;
1) To actively participate in finding suitable sites including site visits and visits to the search area, assist with preparation of survey reports, negotiation with landlords, (liaising with Local Planning Authorities and submitting build permit applications, rent reviews and Lease renewals when requested to do so).
2) To actively participate in Technical Site Surveys to ensure site suitability.
3) To actively monitor and manage the Acquisition service provider’s quality and performance during the Company’s Site Acquisition Process and ensure compliance with the Company’s and Customer’s performance and quality requirements and targets.
4) To supervise Acquisition service providers to ensure that safe methods of working are in place.

Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and closely with the end-Customer are essential skills.

Ericsson Infrastructure experience is mandatory and must be a South African Citizen or have Permanent South African Residency.
