Details Currently we have an opening for OSS Level 2 Configuration MS Supervisor for one of our giant telecommunication client in Canada wherein we are only looking for Canadian Citizens. Following is the job description

Supervise and provide knowledge transfer to customer’s OSS technical specialist team, responsible for core OSS (M2000 EMS) work order planning, implementation / configuration and testing. Supervise the control of OSS related work orders and change management of the network. Assist in the level 2 support of NOCC and operations field team – interfacing with customer’s level 2 manager, engineering and NOCC managers, customer’s management and MS project manager.

Candidate need to have very good experience on Huawei equipments.
