Details Currently we have an opening for NOCC (network operation and control center) Supervisors.

Requirement of the skills of Candidate:
Ø Minimum 3-5 years operations experience with supervisory and or management experience in NOCC (Essential)
Ø UMTS experience, minimum 2 years, working on and with Huawei equipment (Excellent to have and will require minimum training)
Ø If they meet the operation experience criteria, but worked on other UMTS vendor equipment, the training on Huawei equipment will have to be more detailed.

Responsibility:
Supervise customer core network NOCC operation staff and provide operational coaching/knowledge transfer in core network alarm monitoring and evaluation process- Provide assistance in the coordination and preparation of reports pertaining to trouble ticket status and resolution times- responsible for the adherence to the processes and escalation procedures- interfacing with customer NOCC manager and Huawei MS project manager.

Duration: 6 months
