Perform all Project Manager functions for the Site Acquisition team, along with some Site Acq. functions like:

Manage turnkey vendor and resolve site acquisition issues to achieve “Release To Construction”
- Provide direction on how to resolve issues regarding site acquisition
- Responsible for turnkey vendor to complete lease, permitting, zoning and Landlord notifications within scheduled time
Resolve Site Acquisition issues on behalf of our client - AT&T Mobility
Identify jeopardy sites (Site Acquisition process will exceed time line for launch date)
Work with Construction Managers and turnkey vendor to create alternative solution to meet scheduled launch dates
Responsible to direct site acquisition meetings with Turnkey Vendor
Report Weekly on the status of CASPR Milestones for Site Acquisition through MS-94 RTC

Critical items to be tracker
Permitting Forecast Dates
Zoning Forecast Dates
Jeopardy Sites and action plan – need special tracker updated and reported on weekly basis.
