Currently we are looking for Chief technical advocate

Job Description:
Knowledge of Nokia systems (NSS, BSS, OSS, BTS)

GSM 2 and 2.5g, UMTS 3g enviorments

Must have worked as technical lead for NSN core product for atleast 5 years.

Must be past hands on NSN MSS/MGW/HLR/SGSN/ISN-GGSN/Routers/DHCP servers/RNC and BTS

Must have sound understanding of NSN 3G, UMTS and Data products

Work directly with the Director of Business Development in expanding current and developing new business cases

Will be attached to of 4 to 6 project managers when required and responsible for schedules, budgets, reports, safety and quality assurance.

Main function for this position is to be responsible for preparing, presenting and building network designs, presentations and work schedule for customers

Must have good technical skills across all NSN functions at a high level. This refers to having a conceptually understanding

Must have good customer facing communications skill (good English is required)

Will work with other Project Managers and Field Managers when required of multiple projects simultaneously while finishing one project and starting others simultaneously.

Responsible for taking the project from conception, where you are helping to develop the plans, right through to the final customer acceptance phase

Responsible to oversee the project managers and quality in the field and overall operations of the actual production for the work load assigned of new and existing projects.

Will manage the subordinate supervisors who will supervise the employees in the project.

Has full partial responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned projects .

Will coordinate activities with of the project and field managers and staff.

Will assist in acquiring new projects
