Details • Having at least 2 - 5 years experience on the specific implementation for site construction (CME knowledge), Power, design engineering , site installation of RBS & Transmission product particularly Ericsson product. Pass the assessment process such as theoretical, practical test, and product knowledge test. Fulfil the requirement of Personal Development checklist & create new idea to improve implementation efficiency. • Good Knowledge of Auto-Cad, SAP. • Good knowledge of the Network Roll-out process. • Good knowledge in relevant general computer based applications (Package Microsoft Office). • Experienced in Site Engineering & Site Investigation practices, including drafting of floor plans and dimensioning of installation materials.

• Cost awareness. • A good sense of administration. • Driver license • Have experience of customer contacts. • Interpersonal Communication • Ability to work in team as well as independently. • Planning and organization skills. • Presentation skills (oral and written)

• Have University degree or technical college qualification in civil, mechnical , telecommunication or electronic engineering. • Be familiar with tools used for Engineering of different products in a network environment. • Good knowledge of a drawing program e.g. AutoCAD. • Some experience of site installation. • Willingness to climb tall structures (only for Site Investigation for radio and transmission).
