Details • Good knowledge of the Network Roll-out process. • Good knowledge in relevant general computer based applications (Package Microsoft Office), Auto-Cad. • Experienced in Site Engineering & Site Investigation practices, including drafting of floor plans and dimensioning of installation materials. • Good Knowledge in: Analytical Skills, Installation Process. • Highly developed knowledge and skills in: Access Transport Network Design process, Radio Network Planning, Civil Work Detailed Site Design, Civil Work Process, Civil Works Construction, SA & CW Legal Management, SA&CW Labour law & Work envir, SA&CW Town Planning Knowledge, Site Engineering Process, Ericsson Products, Lead Others. • Exceptional knowledge and skills in: Business Understanding, Analytical Skills, Site Acquisition Process, Product / Services Civil Work.

• Ability to work in team as well as independently. • Good knowledge in how to coach and manage personnel with feeling for teambuilding. • Ability to work in team as well as independently. • Planning and organization skills. • Cost awareness • A good sense of administration. • Driver license • Have experience of customer contacts. • Interpersonal Communication • Lead others • Presentation skills (oral and written)

• Minimum of 7 years experience from Site Installation in Implementation projects. • Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent engineering qualifications, preferably in telecommunications. • Mobile telephony knowledge
