Details • Good knowledge of the Network Roll-out process. • Good knowledge in relevant general computer based applications (Package Microsoft Office), Auto-Cad. • Experienced in Site Engineering & Site Investigation practices, including drafting of floor plans and dimensioning of installation materials. • Basic Knowledge in: Access Transport Network Design process, Radio Network Planning, Site Engineering Process, PROPS-C. • Good Knowledge in: Ericsson Products, Analytical Skills, Site Acquisition process, Civil Work Process, Installation Process, Product / Services of Civil Work. • Lead Others

• Ability to work in team as well as independently. • Good knowledge in how to coach and manage personnel with feeling for teambuilding. • Ability to work in team as well as independently. • Planning and organization skills. • Cost awareness • A good sense of administration. • Driver license • Have experience of customer contacts. • Interpersonal Communication • Lead others • Presentation skills (oral and written)

• Minimum of 5 years experience from Site Installation in Implementation projects. • Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent engineering qualifications, preferably in telecommunications. • Mobile telephony knowledge •
