Details • Highly developed knowledge on: Radio Network Design, Network Performance Improvement, APZ, BSC, RNC, MSC, RBS Ericsson GSM/GPRS, RBS Ericsson WCDMA, Network Roll-out process, written and oral skills in English. • Highly developed knowledge and skills in: N&TC (Network & Technology Consulting) Service Product Area. • Good knowledge in relevant general computer based applications for network design and optimization (TEMS Investigation, TCP, OSS, Fiol).

• Ability to work in team as well as independently. • A good sense of administration. • Good experience lead technical meetings/processes • Interpersonal Communication • Cooperation • Problem solving • Examples are cooperation, communication and diversity awareness. • Leadership

• Bachelor degree in telecommunication or similar background • At least 5 years working experience from design and tuning in radio network projects. • Be familiar Product Configuration and Integration. • Good knowledge of the Network Roll-out process. • IP network • Good knowledge in RF
