Details • Knowledge in APZ, BSC, RNC, MSC. Good knowledge in: RBS Ericsson GSM/GPRS, RBS Ericsson WCDMA, Ericsson Minilink, Power Equipment, Antenna System.
• Good written and oral skills in English (preferably)
• Good knowledge in relevant general computer based applications (Package Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to climb tall structures (only for Site Investigation for radio and transmission).
• Normal physical ability (high requirements on antenna installation). Knowledge: Mobile telephony Knowledge, Site Engineering Process, Radio Access Network, Installation Process, Civil Work Process, Understanding of telecom networks & network elements • Good knowledge in Installation Process

• Ability to travel extensively
• Drivers license
• Competencies relevant to interaction with people.
• Examples are cooperation, communication and diversity
awareness.
• Interpersonal Communication
• Cooperation
• Problem solving
• Ability to work in team as well as independently. • More 2 years experience in GSM, WCDMA and PDH Projects within the Telecom or similar industry.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Educated and experienced Technician/Engineer. Upper Secondary School or Bachelor degree in telecommunication or similar background, preferably.
