Details • Basic knowledge in: Radio Access Network, IP network, Project Finance Management, PROPS-C, English writer and speak
• Good knowledge in: Radio Network Planning (Only radio), Installation Process, Civil Work Process, Access Transport Network Design process, Supply Process, Resource Procurement in Project, Site Engineering Process, Site Engineering methods, Ericsson products, Network Roll-out process, general computer based applications (Package Microsoft Office), SAP.

• Ability to work in team as well as independently.
• Good knowledge in how to coach and manage personnel with feeling for teambuilding.
• Cost awareness
• A good sense of administration.
• Driver license
• Have experience of customer contacts.
• Interpersonal Communication
• Planning and organization skills.


• Minimum of 4 years experience from Site Installation in Implementation projects.
• Educated and experienced Technician/Engineer.
• Bachelor degree in telecommunication or similar background
