Details Currently we have an opening for UMTS Optimization Engineer. Following are the skills what we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years experience in NPI projects, from which 2 year should be in UMTS NPI.
Experience with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL)
Experience optimizing network using statistics
Experience with the OSS (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element manager etc.) and knows how to operate them
Experience with live data KPIs and tools. Business objects experience is preferred
Familiar with the RAN features in UMTS (P6 preferred).

The candidate needs to have very good experience on Ericsson equipments.
