Details Currently we have an opening for UMTS tuning engineer. Following are the skills what we are looking for:

Candidates must be flexible to travel.
Able to make recommendations in parameter changes, feature activations on drive test data to improve the system performance.
Good understanding of optimization tools such as TEMS, Actix, Agilent
Experience in tuning a loaded network, and understand the difference between artificial and real traffic loading
Good understanding of Layer 3 messaging
Able to collect and analyze drive data and performance statistics
Knowledge on how IRAT procedures can affects the overall performance.
The candidate needs to have very good experience on Ericsson equipments.

It\'s a 3-6 months contract position. The job location is USA.
