Details JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Assuring that an appropriate quality assurance program is established and effectively executed.
2. Verifying, by procedures such as checking, auditing and inspection that activities affecting the network that are important to safety have been correctly performed (i.e. test calls before and after the activity).
3. Development of a Quality Management Plan – Facilitates quality planning, including setting quality (KPI) objectives, defining processes and identifying measurements and success criteria.
4. Quality assessment – conducts quality assurance assessments of process performance against planned objectives and criteria (i.e. For test calls – comparison between LCR and voice quality over each route).
5. Compliance and implementation of set standards – monitors the completeness, adequacy and effectiveness in accordance with the accepted set standards.
6. Quality measurements – establish and monitor measurement programs for systems development projects or existing processes.
7. Performance testing and reporting – identifies all possible scenarios to best tested. Simulates and develops process of an effective performance testing. Execute the tests and produce findings and recommendation reports.
8. Tools Development- ability to develop programs/scripts that can be used in the reporting process, calls statistics report automation, trending history, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Computer Science Bachelor Graduate of 4 year degree. Any Engineering Bachelor of Science degree is a plus, electronics and communication engineering is a STRONG PLUS.
2. Min experience of 5 years working a Quality service assurance analyst or specialist in telecoms.
3. Strong experience with QoS/CoS design, implementation and reporting.
4. Strong experiences in calls analysis and the release causes, local and outside networks.
5. Strong experience in switch DB routing with capabilities to suggest and recommend best solutions to improve network quality for voice
6. Strong knowledge and experience in Siemens legacy switch and R4 soft switch is a plus.
7. Strong experience with QoS/CoS design, implementation and reporting on enterprise network.
8. Any courses, trainings and certificates related on this will be evaluated and assessed based on actual experience.
9. Strong experience on some higher computer programming languages
10. Must possess good communication skills.
11. Can work with less supervision, with self sufficiency.
