JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Handles management and configuration of IP based device/equipment used for all types of NMS platforms applied for leased line customers (i.e. militaries and banks).
2. Designs, implements and maintains network management systems set up, configuration, connectivity layouts and documentation.
3. Provide special/immediate O&M support to ensure link stability for leased lines customers. Performs first line corrective maintenance.
4. Provides dedicated fault mgmt services for leased line clients, ensures on time regular updates on the link status, requests or any correspondences need to carry out.
5. Prepares weekly and monthly link performance reports for leased line customers. Develops statistical/historical trend of each site link performance.
6. Coordination for any scheduled prev or corr maintenance by lined field personnel, establishes communications between the field personnel and technical representative of the clients or customers.
7. Coordinates issues and concerns or leased lines for business and operations perspective, as well as project development to the Network and Business Operations Directors.
8. Consolidates monthly reports on leased line outages and attend regular meetings O&M and business (if any) matters with customers.
9. Maintains monthly inventory updates and reports of leased lines and BB facilities loading.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of Engineering with degree in Electronics and Communications, Computer or Electrical (licensed)
2. Must have at least 5 years experience in the field of MW Equipment Operation and maintenance
3. Must have at least 2 years experience in Managerial post in the field of NOC and/or Field Operation and Maintenance
4. Must have a knowledge in IP data environment
5. Can handle different types of MW NMS/test equipments.
6. Must have good managerial skills
7. Must possess good communication skills (international English)
8. Must have strong knowledge on Unix/Linux, Solaris/Java and other Windows server and DB like Oracle platforms.
9. Knowledge on Cisco devices (routers, switches, firewalls) is a big plus.
