Details 1st Line Network Support Engineer – Telecoms - Lagos, Nigeria

We are looking for a Nigerian based candidate to work for our telecoms customer supporting their customer’s network. This role has great career prospects e.g. Senior Network Support, VAS Engineer etc. It is likely you’ll have one to two years of post graduate experience and looking to progress your career with an international company.

Job Description:-
· Monitoring various telecom services
· Providing first level support to the client and escalating the problem to second level if required
· Health management of telecom servers including backups and monitoring of important parameters
· Interaction with client
· Regular status reporting

Skills required:-

Basic Knowledge of TCP / IP, Network, Router, Firewall, Redundancy, MIS, Database Query / SQL, HTTP, Web Server, Client Server, E Mail, Microsoft Excel, Access, Be aware of taking back-up, QA, Telnet, FTP, Bandwidth, Through Put
