(Siemens Optimization Engineer for Ericsson Project): Penta Consulting requires Siemens senior optimization engineers for a project to be based in Ecuador. You must have 10 years experience in GSM radio network design with Siemens equipment. You will be required to perform RF site surveys and have knowledge of RF planning tools. You must also be an expert in optimization as well as design especially in paramaters. Activities include radio frequency investigation, definition of RF paramaters, acceptable knowledge of KPI\'s as well as knowledge of Mapinfo, Tems, WinFiol and R8/9.
