Details 3G RF Planner with at least 5 years Nokia planning experience, and preferably previous experience working as an NSN contractor. Start date is ASAP, initially for 2 months, but as always extension is very likely.

Analyze customer database requests and requirements Creation of network element database (All RAN Related) Preparation of Datafill creation guidelines Provisioning of general data (e.g. licensed frequency band) Recommend default parameters Creation of a complete ATM plan for the ATM interfaces at the base station nodes Creation of a complete ATM plan for the ATM interfaces at the RNC Creation of a complete ATM plan for the ATM interfaces toward the core nodes Definition of a VPI/VCI naming/numbering concept in agreement with the operator’s preferences Definition of all non-default, planning related ATM parameters Initial fulfillment of RNC Datafill RNC borders definition Definition and cross-check of neighbor relations Definition of additional database relevant parameters not derived from the terrain based planning tool Definition of the frequency or scrambling code plan, RAN and site specific parameters Site integration data
