Details ParaCell Resources is looking for skilled Radio Optimization Engineers to work in West Africa.

Candidates need to have good experience from Performance monitoring BSC & Cell level AND Excellent Technical Knowledge of Mobile Network Optimization

Solid experience on defining NMS system as well as R-FAB Operation process are required.
Good communication skills, ability to work independently and closely with the end-Customer are other essential skills.
Ericsson Infrastructure experience is mandatory.
