Details The Service Engineer is responsible for changes introduced to the service network layer functionality and to contribute in the creation and improvements to Operation Center procedures and routines to keep the configuration, severability/traffic ability performance & billing provisioning at specified level.

The Service Engineer has to define and set-up service management routines, schedules and reporting templates based on goals and priorities defined by management. Planning of work for back office & front office based on main goals and priorities. Define NMS system/support systems set-up and authority administration for collection of service performance statistics data. Responsible for authorization and specification regarding utilization of additional and specialized (custom) tools used (i.e. non Ericsson commercially available products or other vendor products).

Extensive experience in Network Service Layer management & functionalities is mandatory. Must be available to start ASAP.
