Details ParaCell Resources is looking for skilled CAPEX Budget Planning and Capacity Manager to work in West Africa.
Candidates need to have good experience from handling all Core activities such traffic, capacity dimensioning and cell planning.

Solid experience on BSS parameter adjustment as well as BSS features optimization and field measurements are required.

Good communication skills, ability to work independently and closely with the end-Customer are other essential skills.
Ericsson Infrastructure experience is mandatory.
