Details You will be responsible for Product/Solutions and the After-sales Technical Support in the field of optical Networking. You will support our customers in all technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main Service Provider accounts. You will be responsible for all the post-sale support of optical network products.

• Project implementation and technical supervision of the subcontractors or service partners.
• Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team.
• Provide training for customers, subcontractors or service partners.
• Pre-sales support for testing, bidding or holding workshops
