Details Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Avaya MAC/Cisco Call Manager Technician. Independent & professional self starter is a must.
Responsibilities include:
• Standard Moves, Adds and Changes
• Telephone set and Voice Mail programming
• Maintenance of T-1 circuits and site wiring

Requirements include:
• Minimum two years experience with Avaya PBX product line
• Expertise with PBX and adjuncts wiring
• Proven knowledge and experience with Avaya Voice Communication Infrastructure including S8700, S8300, G3 series, Modular Messaging, Audix, and CMS Hardware.
• Experience with network carrier connectivity.
• Experience with Nortel moves, adds & changes.
• S8700 Series Certification required.
• Proven knowledge of AVST voicemail system
• Experience with VOIP preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
