In-depth knowledge of network security and networking concepts with application knowledge of managed security services or managed infrastructure services
Knowledge of Information Security Products and Infrastructure products
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to perform security and infrastructure requirements definition and present technical product or service solutions.
Ability to assist in customer evaluations/trials of security offerings.
Ability to work as part of a team or alone
The candidate should have demonstrated customer technical sales experience with enterprise network security/infrastructure products and/or services.
The candidate must possess excellent presentation and communication skills at multiple levels (including executive) of an organization.
Must be willing to travel occasionally


Qualifications/Experience

Record of success in assisting the Business Development Managers, from a technical perspective, in finding and closing large revenue opportunities.

Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships at technical decision level.

Proven ability to coordinate internal resources to create proposals/demonstrations/presentations in order to win major business.

Required Skills

Solid understanding of IT Security and Infrastructure market including key drivers, services, customers and competitors.

Proven delivery capabilities within a commercial environment.

Excellent oral and written communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Assist the Business Development Managers grow revenue from existing clients and successfully deliver new sales opportunities in a regional market.

With guidance from the Business Development Managers form strong relationships with strategically critical technical staff in target organisations and make regular contact with targeted clients.

Develop business within the client group, leading to profitability growth.

Work as part of the Sales team to further develop and extend new sales opportunities.

Be able to define the solution and technical components of all Global Services products and services.

Assist Business Development Managers in accurately forecasting Sales Opportunities
