Details Experienced Motorola specific Radio Network Optimization engineers to work on a GSM Radio Optimization services project in Malaysia to improve regional and overall radio network KPIs for an operator here. Candidates must have hands on experience handling radio parameters of Motorola, capable of tuning these parameters, able to collect and analyse data from the Motorola OSS, hands on experiences in IOS and MVIOS systems, capable to setup the IOS/MVIOS systems and perform every aspects of radio network performance improvement in a Motorola network. Preferable with good GSM experiences, as well experience in handle inter technology parameters for a UMTS network as well. Candidate may also have Ericsson GSM/3G experience and capable to handle Motorola-Ericsson multivendor network performance optimization program. Preferably Malaysians, but candidates from the SEA region are also welcome.
