Scope of Work:

We need a test engineer (service engineer) who has experience in testing the CDMA 1x (Circuit Switch access) and EV-DO Rev. A (High Rate Packet Data Access).

Most likely we will be using CAIT (www. cdmatech.com/download_library/pdf/CAIT.pdf)

The test engineer should have several years of experience of testing the RF interface of the CDMA/CDMA2000 network.
The candidate should have experience working with RF test tools and should be able to write test scripts to capture/record/playback/automate RF test cases.
The Femtocell device will be acting as a Base Station in the network and we need to test all the aspects of the handset - Radio Base Station interface including:

1. RF mitigation and P&P Cell planning including PN Offsets and neighbor list configuration
2. Network detection and attachment
3. Measuring Signal Strength and coverage
4. Measuring speech quality
5. Testing Mobility and MS handout/handin
6. Handset IOT testing It is preferred that the test engineer has also experience in requirement analysis and is able to create the main requirement document, as well.

Travel:

Position will be based in Kansas City (with limited work in Plano).
