We are seeking 1 MAC/networking Tester
General: Hands-on test engineers (including automated testing)
Planning and execution of automated testing, including collaboration with the RF team and Hardware and Software Engineering to create design verification test plans and test boards, selection of test equipment, configuration of manual and automated test benches, development of automated test software, analysis of test data and reporting of test results.
Experience and skills:
Prior design and execution of functional/protocol/performance testing of MAC protocols (both data-path and control-path) such as DOCSIS and WiMAX, including automation of such testing [MAC position]
Experience with scripting languages -- e.g., Tcl/TK, Perl etc for automated testing execution and automated control test harnesses and result analyses
Experience with network traffic generators, e.g. IXIA
Experience with application traffic generators, e.g., Chariot/ixChariot
Experience and knowledge of RF/analog test and measurement equipment used in the evaluation of RF (e.g., signal generator, noise generator, attenuators etc) transceiver performance parameters
Understanding RF/analog test, measurement and calibration techniques

We are also seeking 2 RF Test Engineers

Prior design and execution of RF test on component/module level and end-to-end system level for gain, noise, and intermodulation products/dynamic range related measurements and analyses [RF positions]
RF propagation measurements in outdoor environment [RF positions]
Experience with scripting languages -- e.g., Tcl/TK, Perl etc for automated testing execution and automated control test harnesses and result analyses
Experience with network traffic generators, e.g. IXIA
Experience with application traffic generators, e.g., Chariot/ixChariot
Experience and knowledge of RF/analog test and measurement equipment used in the evaluation of RF (e.g., signal generator, noise generator, attenuators etc) transceiver performance parameters
Understanding RF/analog test, measurement and calibration techniques |
