Job Description:

The position reports to the Market Development Manager, with direct interface with the T-Mobile Real Estate/Leasing, Zoning, RF, Ops and Construction. Responsible for interfacing with the designated ‘turn-key’ vendor and its vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize development vendors, field agents and other contractor activities to meet weekly/monthly commitments for development program with respect to environmental risk management and regulatory compliance requirements.
Act as liaison to Company’s Regional Compliance Manager to secure necessary approvals to move forward with development program. Develop business cases for the acceptance of environmental due diligence that deviates from standard business practices.

Participate in conference calls or meetings with Vendor development teams to review and approve plans and antenna facility designs to avoid, minimize and mitigate adverse environmental impacts or expedite approval by regulatory compliance authorities.

Ensure open dialogue and constructive interaction with Company’s Development Manager, Real Estate/Leasing Manager, Zoning Manager, RF Manager and Construction Manager.

Provide supervision, direction and performance management of Company’s Vendors regarding Level of Service requirements for environmental and regulatory compliance Deliverable.
Review and approval of environmental due diligence and regulatory compliance Deliverable to ensure conformance with Company acceptance criteria.

Daily interaction with Company and Vendor development teams to ensure compliance with all landlord, jurisdictional, governmental and industry standards.

Accurate daily and weekly status and performance management reporting to the Development Manager.
Oversight of all site file documentation and database integrity relating to environmental due diligence and regulatory compliance.

All other activities reasonably related to the successful administration and completion of the Project and Services.

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:

MS Office
Wireless Construction / Development Project experience, minimum 5 years
Review and Understand Construction Drawing
Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance requirements from Federal, State and Local Municipalities
