Job Description:

This position contributes to the achievement of T-Mobile’s strategic, time line and financial objectives in the planned New Site Development.

The position reports to Development Manager, with direct interface with the T-Mobile RF, Ops and Construction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide project tracking and other project administrative tasks.
Supports the project staff by creating electronic work orders in a database and providing updates and reports on those work orders.
Facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up.
Develops presentations and project tracking documentation using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project. Generates daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Support project management staff with multiple projects. Reports to the Senior Manager or Project Management.
All other activities reasonably related to the successful administration and completion of the Project and Services

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:

MS Office
Wireless Development Project experience
