Work with software development team in the design/implementation of a wireless network management product by providing expert knowledge of wireless network design and management
Work with partners and customers in the installation/application of the wireless network management product in evaluation and production sites
Investigate issues reported by customers, and communicate with internal product development team to resolve product issues
Assist pre-sales team in analysis of business and system requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years experience with design, configuration, implementation, and management of wireless networks
Expert level working knowledge of Cisco and Motorola wireless switches and access points
