Details Commercial Responsibilities (Account Management Responsibilities)

• Responsible for driving sales, Business Result and Customer Care and satisfaction, in Mexico.
• Maintain Customer Relationship and trust.
• Customer Care
• Business Development in cooperation with customer.
• Constant Identification of new businesses and areas of businesses.
• Securing signing of business deals and Contracts.
• Good Insight of what drives the end-user market and the customer s business situation.
• Heading of various Negotiation Teams in securing Contracts.
• Drafting and modifying Commercial Terms and Conditions (T&C).
• Leads securing final payment on Contracts.
• Should be able to manage, supervise and foster junior recruiters of technical personal
• Should be able to find the local (and foreign if necessary) necessary technical resources to satisfy our clients\' requirements
• Should be able to help find solutions and be responsible for the ultimate solution for issues such as visa, logistics, taxes regarding our consultants
• Should be able to manage all local personnel and be responsible for the profitability of the operation
• Should be able to interact continuously with the rest of the organization (outside Mexico) at a managerial and operational and administrative levels
• Must be available 7 x 24

Project Management:

• Initial Planning of customer project including risk management.
• Secure contract execution.
• Supply management:
• Handling of possible project changes
• Identification and push of new business opportunities.
• Drive important activities and corrective measures based on customer feed-back.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-8 years working experience in Sales, Marketing or Commercial area of Telecom (preferably wireless) companies.
• Technical knowledge in Telecoms is a must. Specially Ericsson, Nokia Siemens, Motorola, Alcatel Lucent, Huawei, etc
• Education University background in Telecommunications, Electronic, Civil or Industrial Engineering. MBA is preferable.

Soft-skills:

• Software of MS Office for statistics and analysis, as well as ppt-presentation.
• Have worked for Sales in NSN or Ericsson is extremely useful.
