Details Job Description: Candidate will travel to switch locations around the South
Region to audit equipments and document the layout of equipments audited in
a template that will be provided. Candidate must be familiar with Granite
Xng because the discrepancies identified will also be remedied in the
Granite client.

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:

1. Previous hands-on experience using the Granite database
2. Ability to recognize equipment and their layout in Granite
3. Experience modeling equipment and completing associated mapping in
Granite
4. Circuit design (path and segment) experience in Granite
5. Familiarity with the equipment switch room environment
Preferred skills: 1. Ability to interpret topography, network design maps
and CAD designs
2. Strong personal computer skills including knowledge and experience with
Microsoft Office, MapInfo, Visio and Granite
3. In-depth knowledge of telecommunications transport networks and their
configurations
4. Associates degree in applied sciences and 4-6 years technical Telecom Experience
5. Expert level use of Excel Spreadsheets
Shift / scheduled hours: Primarily 8-5. However, potential for additional
hours as required.
