Position Title: RF Optimization Engineer
Locations: Detriot, MI And Oklahoma
Duration: Long Term
Rate: $40/Hr + 100$ per diem

Job Description:
Min 5 years of RF Performance Optimization experience (not just regular RF
design / drive testing).
Min 3 years of Nortel BSS / RF Optimization experience (either w/ Nortel or
working closely on Nortel equipment with one of our customers)
Min 2 years of experience in interfacing with middle / upper management
including communication, analytical, reporting & presentation skills
typically required for a consultancy type environment.
Adequate Knowledge of Nortel RF parameters, BSS features, Performance
counters / KPI\'s
Adequate expertise on Nortel OMC-R, Parameter locations & modifications,
performance data retrieval
Knowledge of Nortel BSS architecture, BTS S8000 / S12000, CPT
troubleshooting of sites etc (all remote & conceptual, physical experience
with card level hardware / connectors could be a plus, but not a necessity)
Knowledge of RF design, planning, verification & optimization concepts
(general GSM RF engineering, not necessarily specific to Nortel)
Knowledge of general RF measurement (TEMS or equivalent etc) & RF Prediction
Tools (PlaNET or equivalent etc)
Analytical & Trouble shooting skills.
Customer & upper management savvy. Team worker
