Details Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as subject matter experts for wireless technologies and serve as key technical liaisons between customers and development teams
• Partner with customers to clearly understand their system requirements for wireless performance management systems and translate those requirements into software specifications for internal software teams to develop comprehensive performance management applications
• Work closely with software development and quality assurance teams and our customers to build high-quality systems that meet customer expectations
• Identify future features that could be developed to enhance capabilities
• Facilitate communication between Company and customers regarding system requirements, software release dates, priorities, and conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain and enhance the individual technical skills set in accordance with the demands of the project
• May act as Team Lead and coordinate activities of other personnel

Job Requirements:
• Degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years working experience
• Has wide-ranging experience with various 2G and 3G wireless technologies and infrastructure, specifically GSM/GRPS/EDGE, UMTS, CDMA IS95, and CDMA2000
• Has wide-ranging experience with OSS for performance management, network performance data, key performance metrics, and network optimization
• Solid working experience with the vendors’ wireless infrastructure, specifically Nortel, Ericsson, Motorola, Nokia, and Siemens
• Strong proficiency in defining and documenting wireless system requirements in clear, concise, and high-quality manner
• Proven project management and team leadership skills
• Ability to self-motivate and to rapidly learn, assimilate and be proficient with new technical information and software tools that required by the projects
• Ability to work independently and part of a geographically dispersed team is required
• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments
