Details International IT Telecommunications Company is looking for UTRAN engineers with at least 2 yr experience on

2G / 3G
UMTS OSS / P5
3GPP UTRAN RRC/NBAP/RNSAP/RANAP
UTRAN software upgrades and troubleshoot
EMAS and MO shell
RNC / RXI / RBS configuration and interworking
Basic RF interface and environment.
Various operators/vendors

ROLE

To assist/support the Optimization team for the UMTS
Data fill (RNC and Node B) input all relevant RF and TN parameters
Activation of various UMTS features.
Run NEXPLORER
Identify alarms
To activate and manage RNO tools
To work in the activation and collection of GPEH
Initial tuning and Optimization of the network
Other role as requested by the technical manager
