We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Manager to join their rapidly growing organization in Ireland.



The Role:



Reporting to the General Manager and working from a home-based office, you will develop the broadband wireless systems sales process with telecommunications operators in multinational companies.



You will be responsible for:

developing sales strategies.

working closely with the internal support teams in other international locations to achieve targets

establishing relationships with senior management within the Engineering, Marketing,

Operations, and Purchasing departments.



The Person:

You possess:

a University degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field

7 plus years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

a solid understanding of complex sales of telecommunications systems with long-term sales cycles.

Knowledge and technical understanding of telecommunications systems such as: microwave, data networks, telephone switching, voice over IP, cellular networks, and satellite systems.

a strong track record of managing sales with the major telecom carriers.

effective organizational and forecasting skills.

a consistent, perseverant, self-directed, and persistent nature.
